We were fortunate to find Mr. Christopher Zelich through research regarding our Trotec Speedy300 C75 stamp laser machine. Trotec sent their own technician, but he was unable to identify the type of equipment or provide solutions to our problems.

When Mr. Zelich came in, the difference was night and day. His deep knowledge of CO₂ laser systems and his decades of hands-on experience became immediately clear. Over several weeks, he not only identified and explained the operation of our system, but also repaired every major issue we had. With the support of Photovac Laser, both of our T1000 RF exciters and T100 laser tubes were rebuilt, multiple interlock problems were solved, and alignment issues were corrected.

Mr. Zelich and the Photovac Laser team did what others could not. Their expertise, persistence, and commitment to customer success got our critical piece of equipment back online and ready to handle very large stamping jobs. Photovac Laser Worldwide will continue to service Iradion CO2 laser tubes for the foreseeable future. However, due to defects within the laser core and other electromechanical components, some lasers may be beyond repair.
